BioI am Aerial.
I have created this journal to record my dieting.
I plan to lose a dramatic amount of weight before I go on holiday at the beginning of September. I will be going to a hot Asian country so I wanna feel confident to wear a short skirt and crop tops without a jelly belly or tree trunk hips!
I plan to exercise excessivly everyday and eat as little as possbile.
I've always been pro-ana and a yo-yo dieter. I want to keep my weight slim from now on.
I will use this diary to record my diet, thinspiration, pictures & comments, ect...
